- Bring completed Backgroundchecks.com form and employment application with you if asked to come in person for interview.

Important Note: Drugs and alcohol, despite your stance on either, have distinct effects on human biology—effects which have no place in the workplace. Chayce wants a safe and productive working environment for all associates and its clients. Chayce requires all applicants to participate in standard background checks and drug screens prior to possible employment. All necessary forms are on this page.
